“We stayed for one night with Darlene and Dave at their B&B. The room we had is both spacious and comfortable. The breakfast provided is fantastic, including eggs from their chickens on the property. Darlene and Dave are fantastic hosts, super personable and absolutely made our stay memorable. We’d highly recommend considering your stay with them when in the area. ”

“I rarely write a review and if I do I rarely give more than 4 stars. If I could give A Mighty Oak six stars I would! Todd and Lisa have a wonderful place with views of Pilot Mountain. The breakfast is farm to table and is world class. We will return.”

“Traveled with my husband and 9 month old. We made sure to bring our own play pen and crib because we don’t expect places to be equipped for babies. The master bedroom had a very comfortable bed and was equipped with comfortable sheets and many blankets if you need them. The shower had great pressure and got really hot which I really appreciated. The house is stocked with everything you could ever want and more, including gym, sauna, hot tub, great yard. We enjoyed bringing our baby around the……

“Absolutely beautiful location in the mountains and spotless cabin. Secluded area, plenty of space for our dogs to explore. The town is quaint and homey, everyone was extremely kind. Randy & Kim are amazingly gracious hosts. They even provided some food items for our use. Next time we visit NC, I hope we can stay again. The best part of our trip was being greeted by the magnificent Mr. Jingles every morning. He is the sweetest old kitty. We miss him the most! Thank you both, this is a honeymoon……
