“Is a clean room”

“The elevator was very old. When I arrived first floor, the door did not open immediately, and I waited for at least 30 seconds. They said it's normal, but I don't think so.”

“The Holiday Inn Express in Villa Rica was a pleasant surprise. It was very clean and had everything I needed while I was there. The staff was excellent. One night when I was coming in late the sweet receptionist offered me coffee. When I told her I did not drink coffee she said they also had tea and even took me over to see that I found everything I needed to make it the way I liked. The check in was easy along with the check out. I would definitely recommend this hotel to any one. ”

“It was a great stay overall. My first night was a little frustrating. In that the room I had reserved wasn't available. I was put in a room with 1 bed, and I specifically requested 2, because we had 3 adults and a pull out couch isn't comfortable. Was able to move into a room that I reserved thd next day after one was clean.”

“My only complaint was a few small blood spots on the WHITE comforter-I had been sitting on it for a few hours when I discovered it, and I was wearing a sweatshirt and jeans-wasn’t bleeding from anywhere. I was tired and ready for bed, so I just got under the covers and prayed for the best lol. But that’s nasty…..”

“The hotel is clean, comfortable. There is a kitchen with a stove, a large refrigerator and a microwave, but there are no dishes and appliances in the drawers, there is not a single frying pan.”
