“We were given a room that reaked of urine,the walls were marked and bruised, stains all over the carpet, after bringing to attention, the attendant seemed more concerned if we turned on the lights in the room and were we sure we wanted another room? We were given the room next door...it had a mild smell of bug spray but we tolerated it .the AC was off so it took about 90mins for the room to cool down...the Room was pretty beat up.tge toilet fill valve ran all night. Breakfast downstairs had 4……

“It was remodeled, clean as the pictures showed, and they let me see a room before checking in. They may need to put a sound barrier between the rooms, due to I could hear the guest on either side of me like they were inside my room, and get a 24-hour emergency person in case some gets locked out or loses their room key. But other than that, no complaints!”

“The elevator was very old. When I arrived first floor, the door did not open immediately, and I waited for at least 30 seconds. They said it's normal, but I don't think so.”
