“The house was big and wonderful. Stephen was very responsive and helpful. Because I travel with my dogs and the house is pet friendly, it would have been nice to know that the yard is NOT fenced. My dogs are fine but it might be an issue with others. Also there are about 5 dogs next door who barked and growled and jumped at the fence everytime we came outside. Just a bit annoying to sit outside and enjoy the big backyard. ”

“Everything was excellent except the communication between the Host and VRBO. I didn't have the VRBO app when I booked the property. The host submitted the checkin and out info to the VRBO app. The VRBO app did not forward it to me. I had to reach out to the host to get check in and out info personally. I booked the property through Expedia. She was so nice and accommodating. When I'm in town, I'll definitely look this up first.”

Unfortunately, the new place had about 18 stairs and we had someone who couldn't do stairs, so we had to decline that. “The property itself was delightful, peaceful, and private. The hosts were fabulous. The kitchenette (no stove/oven) was well-stocked. Being a rural area, nights were very quiet except for the expected barking dogs and roosters! The only negative was walking off-property: the quiet street was spoiled by mean neighboring dogs, especially since we were walking our own small dog on leash. ”

“Place inside was very cute. It had some amenities that i was told i needed to bring myself. Pink mold around inside of door trim and shower head. Bed frames did not fit the mattress. Other than that the stay was good. Oh, was not inform asw to where to leave the key if nobody was in the office. If check out is at 11am someone should be there or have a a knowing place on or around the office door to leave the key. Would not was to leave the key somewhere and have someone trash the place.”
