“We booked Misha's Cottage and when we arrived it wasn't ready for us. I reached out to Misha and she was on it right away and quickly booked us into another of her properties nearby. Unfortunately, the new place had about 18 stairs and we had someone who couldn't do stairs, so we had to decline that.
