“The house was big and wonderful. Stephen was very responsive and helpful. Because I travel with my dogs and the house is pet friendly, it would have been nice to know that the yard is NOT fenced. My dogs are fine but it might be an issue with others. Also there are about 5 dogs next door who barked and growled and jumped at the fence everytime we came outside. Just a bit annoying to sit outside and enjoy the big backyard. ”

“Stayed here before and it kind of went downhill since in looks, cleanliness, and functionality. Looks like the place was broken into not too long ago and they put a new janky front door that’s difficult to open and close. My brother’s toddler was crawling everywhere and her knees were BLACK with dirt and grime from the floors not being cleaned… same with the bottoms of our feet/socks. The Brita pitchers looked a little suspicious to drink from (we ended up buying our own water jugs), curtain……

“This property needs attention. We have stayed at many rental houses and I understand there are challenges in owning and maintaining, but this one needs some investment. This one had cabinets falling apart, it was not cleaned well- dirty cupboards, stained area rugs, lacked basics like a pot in the kitchen, blinds were broken, black mold on the bathroom ceiling. The dishwasher was not installed properly nor were toilets so they moved and shifted. Furniture was worn, headboards not attached to bed……

“We rented the property to be close to the downtown area! The property was as described and the host checked in se team times to make sure we didn’t need anything. I would recommend renting this listing if you are in the area! ”

“Property was nice, there were a few minor problems, dog feces in backyard, we could only use shower in master the other one leaked, the dryer did not work and some cosmetic problems in master. However we did like the location and the size of the home, very spacious. We would choose to stay there again when visiting Sacramento.”

“Great stay! Only thing that was an issue was when I Pluged in my phone charger into second floor bedroom outlet, the M.Bedroom circuit breaker poped again, so I would check outlet in front of bed up in left bedroom upstairs for a short circiut issue.”
