“My daughter and I stayed at this property while she was working on her private pilot's license at Lincoln airport, and I telecommuted. This lovely house did not disappoint! Super clean and comfortable and had a well equipped kitchen so I could cook. It was also very close to grocery stores, restaurants, and the community rec center. It was just like being at home (except I didn't have to mow the lawn!). Quiet and friendly neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again.”

“Accurate to listing. Easy access to interstate making it central to all areas. Driving in you do see some homes that make you question the neighborhood, but it was incredibly quiet & we felt safe at the property. Host was responsive. “First this place is convenient for being right downtown Sac. There is adequate parking. The bbq was not user friendly. The neighborhood is quiet at night. However, my sister did have to go spend about 150 on cleaning supplies as the floors and countertops (which are wrapped in a plastic wrap with a design) were dirty. The floor in one shower the paint was peeling back. There is no washer as stated..it is a coin op down the street which had no working washing machines and no soap to wash if……

“We stayed over the holiday weekend for a convention. The host was truly wonderful. Communication was easy and so quick to reply. As for the property, the only negative, and it wasn’t even a negative was a conversation worker was double parked so I couldn’t see the property address. I just rolled down my window and yelled at the guy to tell me what the address on the house was since his big truck was blocking the view. The residence was beautiful. “This property was excellent. The house was impressively clean, well stocked, comfortable, quiet neighborhood. Beautiful backyard. Appreciated having the garage to park in as it helped so the vehicle was not so hot when getting in. We also rented bikes for the week so being able to park them in the garage was perfect.
