“First this place is convenient for being right downtown Sac. There is adequate parking. The bbq was not user friendly. The neighborhood is quiet at night. However, my sister did have to go spend about 150 on cleaning supplies as the floors and countertops (which are wrapped in a plastic wrap with a design) were dirty. “We were in town for a convention. Sway was awesome and accommodated us even though we were a larger family. She communicated well and left the extra items we would need to be comfortable. “We stayed over the holiday weekend for a convention. The host was truly wonderful. Communication was easy and so quick to reply. As for the property, the only negative, and it wasn’t even a negative was a conversation worker was double parked so I couldn’t see the property address. I just rolled down my window and yelled at the guy to tell me what the address on the house was since his big truck was blocking the view. The residence was beautiful. “This property was excellent. The house was impressively clean, well stocked, comfortable, quiet neighborhood. Beautiful backyard. Appreciated having the garage to park in as it helped so the vehicle was not so hot when getting in. We also rented bikes for the week so being able to park them in the garage was perfect. “This house was adorable and in a great neighborhood. Accessible to everything we wanted to do. There is an awesome cafe Chocolate fish and Marie’s donut shop a short walk. From the house. The only thing I could add just for improvement. There are no mirrors in the bedroom and only one small bathroom, if you are traveling with a teenager make sure to bring a travel mirror. Also we wished there were chairs or even patio set to enjoy the cute backyard. There is nowhere to sit out there so we didn’t……
