It was perfect for my colleague and I, who were working downtown and needed a place to stay close by, yet away from the noise.The owner, Noah, was completely available at all times by chat. “The condo is conveniently located on the Capitol Mall for an easy walk to the Golden 1 Center. It was easy to park at the 555 Parking Garage and walk to the condo. Everything was clean and comfortable and the host provided quick responses to our questions. We had a wonderful stay in Sacramento.”

“I stayed here while working at Davis for several weeks and it was the perfect spot to come home to. Dina is so kind, attentive, and available, and I enjoyed getting to know her. The space is beautiful and comfortable and has everything you would need. Great location, very close to everything (could bike or drive anywhere in Davis), but a little separate from the downtown so it is nice and quiet. “Nice location, handy to downtown, quiet neighborhood. Note: unit letter is not visible from the street. You enter through a gate and then find it.This needs to be in welcome message.Good kitchen overall. Kitchen wish list: spatula, dishrag, ice cube trays, mixing bowl, measuring spoons. Oven had white residue all over the inside, perhaps from a recent cleaning? An extra garbage bag would have been nice.Washer and dryer were handy and worked just fine--very nice feature for our 5-night……

“If you like Barbie this is your space. Super cute decor and nestled in the middle of Midtown Sacramento. Very close to a lot of great dining and shopping experiences. Can be a bit noisy on weekends due to volume of visitors to the neighborhood but overall highly recommend!”
