“This Vrbo is a small apartment in the back of a very cute CA Craftsman home.It is centrally located and you can walk anywhere in mid-town Sacramento.It has good WiFi, a small fridge and a microwave which were perfect for my needs.It is an older home 19th century home and has some quirks and challenges which ultimately does not take away from its charm.I look forward to staying there again! ”

“Adorable craftsman apartment with a great layout. We loved how the bedrooms are on opposite sides of the unit — it worked perfectly for our group, especially with a 22-month-old and a few snorers. The AC worked without any issues, which we were especially thankful for with 102-degree weather.There’s a Keurig coffee maker available, but we opted to buy a pour-over from the nearby Co-op (about a 15-minute walk). “There was a little bit of miscommunication on check-in with the lock box that keeps the house key. They have a very prominent keypad on the door jam that doesn't work and then one on the door that is the one you're supposed to use. I got in late and didn't see the one on the door so had to call the owner for help. They promptly gave me directions for how to get in the back door. “The check-in process and check-out was smooth and well communicated. The apartment was as described in the pictures and listing. The kitchen facilities well fit my needs for my two month stay for clinical rotations. However, there was an issue with the dishwasher not working that ended up taking half of my stay to get fixed. There was no compensation or apology for this mishap. Otherwise the facility well suited my needs and location was convenient for what I needed. ”
