“Hot water need little work on. Restroom had mark urine on the toilet. Don’t know if over look the part that said after 10pm- 8am no noise. Just make sure to read the fine print. Bedroom, living room and kitchen was fine.”

Everything you need is provided, except - be sure to bring your own Keurig pods or your own coffee, coffee maker - as that is not provided. Otherwise - everything you could possibly need is present. “Unit was clean and bright and close to downtown and USC. One note (which is clear from the listing but you may not notice) is that the kitchen is small, no dishwasher, just 4 plates, etc. This was fine for us because we ate out for everything but breakfast, but just don't expect to cook a bunch of meals. Would definitely recommend for someone who plans to eat out or get take out for meals. ”
