“115號房的冷氣非常吵，跟飯店人員反應的結果是要我把冷氣關掉，並且不願意更換房間。除了冷氣問題，該房型的窗戶面對的是天井，有大型垃圾桶，關冷氣開窗的結果就是房間有果蠅。然後馬桶也有問題，有怪聲外，還會有臭味衝出，所以儘管每天客房服務更換浴巾，一樣有股惡心的味道。”

“Hotel is good except the towels have some weird smell and some marks which could not be washed (could have thrown them away but still used for guests) Breakfast is good but they let guests use spoon to take the tea leaves out which looks a bit sanitary concern. Fran OJ is nice and they have water for guests to fill in at the lobby is great. Staffs are friendly. The staff working in supplying breakfast is exceptionally efficient!! ”

“Hotel has been open 10 months. Good sized rooms and quiet, good breakfast and staff always very helpful. On site fish restaurant was good. Two minutes walk to main station and tram stops. We would be happy to visit again.”
