The place is perfect for people who love the outdoors and lots of opportunities to explore nature.The amenities were great and the beds were so comfy! Plenty of room for the whole family. “It was me and my three daughters (ages 11-14). It was a lovely cabin with nothing wanting for a short stay. The beds were comfortable and even in the height of July we stayed cool enough with the windows open and a few fans (there were at least 3 provided at the property). My daughters LOVED the disc golf course and I loved the peaceful location. The refrigerator and freezer are on the smaller side, so if you have a family and plan to stay for more than 3-4 days, you will want to plan a trip……

“Yes, the cabin needs a little TLC but if you walk around the property it looks like they are renovating the cabins one at a time. Yes, that road up there is rough I made it in a CRV. Not as off the grid as we hoped but still incredible! We recommend you take all your supplies and never leave until you have too! We hid the Wifi password for the kids. Second deck could use a few more chairs. Check for fire bans. But all in all we loved it and will be back!”

“This rental did not disappoint my family of five plus our sweet dog. The location was off the beaten path with beautiful views of the mountains, sunrise, and ponderosa pines. The home was clean and comfortable. We were impressed how off the grid this cabin was and enjoyed teaching our daughters about conservation and solar energy.”

“We loved the stay here. We went hiking and just enjoyed the amazing view. There is a frisbee golf course and horse shoes which we loved. My only complaint is the gas smell in the home, which we were assured was safe and in the process of being fixed.”
