“Great place”

“ My group of 16 stayed here and everything was excellent. Lots of places to sleep and hang out. Lake is quiet and great for swimming and only 15 mins from Parry Sound.”

“Liz is a wonderful host, very consistent in communication. The vrbo property is a bit out of cellular range, and the cottage doesn’t have wifi so very good to truly disconnect from the electronic world. We caught fish everyday, enjoyed some bbq and were able to enjoy our long weekend away thoroughly. The neighbours both have dogs, and the one dog was friendly enough to come over and say hello to our pup! Just a heads up if you have a dog who isn’t good with other dogs to be aware that you may……

“Family reunion trip where both main cottage and cabin were rented together. The pros first- Host Terry was very responsive to questions and very accommodating. The interior of the main cottage was very nicely renovated. Linens and towels provided. Wi-Fi stable. Lake Shawanaga was warm and very clean. However, there were some disappointments. 1. Both main cottage and cabin were not cleaned very well. There were cobwebs in bedrooms and bedsheets still had lots of pet hair. One bedside table was……

“Beautiful property and well maintained. Owen responded to our questions promptly. Plenty of room for our family (adult children and toddler grandchild) with room to spare. Spent the weekend ice fishing, sledding, making snow people and great memories. Only thing that would have been better would have been catching some fish. ;) .Would definitely recommend this property.”
