“We thought the place was very comfortable, it had all that we needed, and it was very clean! We used it as a central location for a couples weekend of antiquing. It was easy to find even though it was up in the woods. We used Google maps and it brought us right there. The water did have a slight smell, but that's typical with well water, and it was nice that they had a filter on the sink to use. Maybe a bigger coffee pot would be nice, we were all coffee drinkers and the little pot didn't go too……

“While the owner could not have been nicer, VRBO dropped the ball. We did not get check in information, though the host provided it directly on hour after check-in time.The host needs to check in with the cleaners and visit the property. I say this as a landlord. We had one washcloth for two guests, no coffee or tea service, no tissues, no dish rag. The place looks a little run down and needs a refresh. Doors were broken, bathroom racks about to fall off the wall, and one soap dispenser was……

“Property was easy and convenient to reach with perfect proximity to AT trail. Despite loud music from the tavern downstairs, we will likely rent again. We expected no less. If you can’t beat them join them.”

“Perfect location for visiting Harpers Ferry, taking in the town and hiking as well as chilling out for a relaxing time. Enjoyed the fire pit and a visit to the Barn for some live music. Would definitely stay again.”

“I stayed here with my sister & best friend for a girls’ weekend getaway for one night. The location was great. Just a 3 minute walk to The Barn (pretty much the only spot open later in the area). The host was kind enough to allow us to continue parking my car at the property after our checkout so we could walk down to the historical area of Harpers Ferry to explore & shop before heading home. Saved us the headache of looking for & paying for parking. It is a hike to walk down & back to HF, but……

“The property is a bit off its prime... the deck in the back is not like it appears in the picture. Not a terrible property, but a bit run down. I did appreciate that we were the only ones there and quietness was good for a great nights sleep. Great areas to walk the dog. The property manager was very nice and helpful. Greeted us when we arrived and made sure we got in okay.”
