We have stayed in many VRBO homes and this one provided by far the very best combination of layout, location and amenities. Cathy & Jeff truly exemplified “pride of ownership” by providing absolutely anything and everything one could possibly imagine visitors would desire while staying in their beautifully maintained home. Our family gathering was an opportunity to spend quality time together unwinding, reconnecting……

“We spent the first week of July at this property, and it did not disappoint! The cottage is a nice mix of rustic and modern, and has everything you could possibly need. The kitchen was fully equipped, the beds were all comfortable and the living space was perfect for hanging out and watching a movie. What really makes this property are all the different outdoor spaces. The upper deck was ideal for morning coffee and after dinner lounging. The waterfront was outstanding, with excellent swimming……

“Gary met us at the cottage and gave us the grand tour, we had the most incredible scenic weekend away with our family and especially enjoyed the experience of Gary’s telescopes!! We got to see sun spots on the sun and go and explore the dark night reserve! Gary is a very laid back and kind host and we can’t wait to go back!! ”

“The communication with Andriy was excellent. We recieved a nice detailed note with everything we might need to know about our stay. VRBO had served us this stay when we did a filtered search for places with a hot tub and we saw one in the pictures. When we found the tub empty, we reached out to ask how to set it up, only to be informed that it didn't work. Andriy explained that they had never listed it as an amenity, and generously offered us a partial refund. I was grateful for the sincerity……

“Had a lovely last minute visit with 2 friends. Beautiful moonlight over the lake, meals on the deck and swims in the lake. We canoed, paddle boarded and biked in the area - 5 kms to the recreational trail. Ceiling in the loft is probably low for most adults. Scott was very easy to communicate with”
