“When arriving at the property it looked very dated so wasn’t sure what the rooms were going to be like. We were greeted by the host and was taken to our top floor room. It was clean and nicely decorated with a large comfortable bed with lovely pillows and bed linen. The bathroom was exceptional too, I couldn’t fault the room at all. The tea/coffee facilities were fabulous. I would highly recommend. ”

“A beautiful and charming little guest house sits by the sea and nice beach where you can have a stroll with a drink. Lovely place and the staff ware all very friendly. We will def come back to stay longer. ”

“We had a good one night stay here. The House is within a couple of blocks of both the bus and train stations. Just be aware that there is not an elevator; we dragged outer heavy bags up three flights. We were there in a beautiful summer Saturday night, so there was a lot of noise from parties down below; this is the only negative thing about this property and would likely not be as bad any other night of the week. There was a small well equipped kitchen on the third floor, but the second floor……

Plenty of room for me and my three adult children. The check went smooth. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Short walk to the castle and Victorian market. ”
