“We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend to others and stay here again. All the staff were so helpful and polite and didn’t hesitate to help when we had a small problem. The apartment itself was very clean, luxurious and mostly very spacious, particularly lots of bedroom storage. The only small criticism was that the shower room was tiny but this didn’t really impact us that much as everything else was so wonderful! Also, it was in a great location, 5 min walk to the metro……

“Fantastic location just off Andrassy Avenue within walking distance of public transport from buses, trams to metro. The hotel's staff were warm and friendly and very helpful. “Outstanding experience! No need to appraise the service and the nice looking hotel. One special thanks to restaurant, all staff are extremely helpful and kind. We love them. Since no need to say how wonderful it is (as everybody knows), I will share improvement note. One problem we were facing - the bathroom door can’t close fully. I reported in the morning but we were back to hotel around 4pm, still as per. They fix it after my second call. We felt their sincerity by receiving a handwritten……
