“Me spouse and I arrived with a daughter and two teenage grandsons to find a very clean well appointed apartment that easily housed us. All three bedrooms had very comfortable beds and the living room had comfortable seating. We used the DVD collection to prep for our visit to the battlefield and considered using the auto guide for a tour. “It is a simple and beautiful set up on the 2nd floor. We enjoyed saying hello to the goats each time we arrived and everything was very smooth. The only oddity is that there are very few light switches several of the ceiling lights are turned on at the light. I would definitely stay here again. “A great little restaurant is within walking distance, and there are lots of little shops nearby. The photos don't do the place justice. It is lovely. It is close to Wilson College and churches. “This was a great place to stay. The decor and interior of the property is so nice. The owner was very accommodating and worked diligently to make sure we were comfortable and cared for. “I was very happy with the cottage and how private and quiet it was. It was very clean and decorated very nicely. The property is part of a lovely farm. I enjoyed morning walks down the long driveway with my two dogs and we visited with the donkeys and the horses. Everything I needed was provided by the host.
