Las habitaciones, por lo menos las del tercer piso, donde estuve, son muy pequeñas y hechas de Drywall lo que no presta el aislamiento adecuado ni del frío, ni de los ruidos de otras habitaciones. El servicio es muy básico, nadie te ayuda con las maletas, por ejemplo. Está bien ubicado, en una zona tranquila, muy cerca del centro de la ciudad. “They stole our money, and Expedia won't help. When we arrived at the hotel, we were told that they are closed due to renovations. The hotel did not give us a refund. I called Expedia twice about this, and they said that since the hotel got paid, they are the ones who should give us a refund. Worse, Expedia continues to list this property on their website. This is fraud from the hotel and from Expedia.”
