“El apartamento está muy bien localizado cerca de las zonas centricas y comerciales de Arequipa. Es un apartamento amplio y limpio, pero al que se le pueden incorporar mejoras: por ejemplo, al ser tam amplio es bastante frío y se requeriría de calefacción en el frío invierno; la presión del agua es un problema importante, porque sale algo escasa de la ducha; finalmente, hay algunas goteras en el baño, pero cuando yo marchaba las estaban arreglando. Con estas mejoras creo que el apartamento seria……

“This is near Plaza de Armas, which is a beautiful spot. But there have been protesters in the streets for the last two years and are very loud with megaphones. And there is a bar next to this property, which is exceedingly loud other than two in the morning till five in the morning. The shower just had a pipe sticking out of the wall. I tried to stay there and just couldn't. Way too loud that I couldn't think or sleep. ”

“We really loved this property! It's location was great - really close to the Yanahuara Plaza which is a nice central location. And the property itself is beautiful as you can see in the photos. The patio is so nice and has a great view of the volcano Misti. The place was clean and well stocked with items you might need to make meals, although there are so many good restaraunts, we didn't make use of that option.”
