“We stayed two nights and arrived late the first night which was well handled by the staff. When we walked out our door the next morning the palazzo grande and the antique market were right there. It was close to everything. Only detractor was the smell when we opened the window. We would recommend the apartment for your visit to Arezzo and also to visit during the antique market. It was an excellent experience.”

“Nice rustic and quainte atmosphere. We had to check out early because my partner was allergic to the room. You know old "castles" can be damp. My partner is very allergic to mold and mildew and we had to leave after 2 nights. The only other problem was I kept hitting my head on the beam in the loft where the bed was. The place was clean. Great location.”

“John & Dianne were utterly lovely and made every effort for us. The listing is very clear and if you're looking for peace and quiet in a serene valley, you couldn't do better. The track should be driven with care but after the first time accompanied by John, it's not too bad. I wouldn't bring a car with low clearance though. John and Dianne are in their home next door which was nice to know. They very much left us to it and didn't mind us playing our music by the pool. Otherwise we didn't see……

“We could not have asked for a better property, location, or host! Stefano greeted us at the train station and helped us get settle in - we felt at home from the minute we arrived! There was a fire going, wine available and the atmosphere was perfect! The pictures do not do it justice - it is even more impressive and spectacular in person.
