“Siamo stati ospiti di Loretta e Fabio per 2 settimane a fine settembre 2024 con due persone e un cane. L'alloggio era bellissimo ed esattamente come nelle foto, con molto spazio aggiuntivo (ad esempio il giardino d'inverno). La grande proprietà recintata con piscina era a nostra disposizione solo ed era l'ideale per il nostro cagnolino. Non era possibile scappare. Dato che il tempo ha collaborato, abbiamo potuto fare ampio uso della grande piscina. Attrazioni come Arezzo, Firenze, Siena erano……

“Nous sommes arrivés en avances et avons été reçus agréablement. La propreté générale laisse à désirer. Nous avons dû relaver l’ensemble de la vaisselle car pas nette. Les équipements extérieurs ne sont pas au niveau des standards. Trop d’objets traînent un peu partout. La salle de bain du bas n’est pas très aérée. Et la douche fuit sur le carrelage. Les propriétaires sont très sympa.”

“We made the mistake and didn’t check for AC when we booked. It was all our fault. Although I sent 2 emails asking about it before our arrival date, I never got a reply. The result was that during our week stay we couldn’t sleep, eat or relax because of the high temperature inside the house. In my opinion, this should only be a winter house.”

“John & Dianne were utterly lovely and made every effort for us. The listing is very clear and if you're looking for peace and quiet in a serene valley, you couldn't do better. The track should be driven with care but after the first time accompanied by John, it's not too bad. I wouldn't bring a car with low clearance though. John and Dianne are in their home next door which was nice to know. They very much left us to it and didn't mind us playing our music by the pool. Otherwise we didn't see……
