“We found this property to be very comfortable for the two of us for a 5 night stay. Condo was clean and bed was very comfortable. Kitchen has all the basics. If you want condiments or shampoo you are best to bring your own. (The hosts provided 1 oz of shampoo for two adults for 5 days) The neighborhood is peaceful, feels very safe and traffic was minimal during our stay. We would certainly stay here again if we come back to Casa Grande. ”

“This was a perfect location for us as we were visiting family who winter in Sunscape RV Resort which is less than 5 minutes away. Within walking distance, there is a golf course with bar and grill although we didn't have time to check it out. We had everything that we needed in this VRBO. Thank you!”

“We could not get in with the lockbox combination given to us. The toilet ran continuously. The garbage disposal was plugged up. The bathroom fan did.not work . There was a bad odo r for 3.days. we could never get ahold of the office.. the unit was pictored with a walkin tub. It had 2 regular tubs. You had to force the refergerator door shut.”

“This was hands down the best decision ever! We have dogs and to find a place that actually accepts pets and you don't have to take them with you during the day was perfect. We stayed in "pet friendly" hotels but couldn't leave the dogs during the day! I would definitely go back!”

“Unit 37A. This was a business trip for me. My stay wasn't as nice as advertised or described. PRO's: My check-in was great. The unit was very clean. Thank you. The property was nice. “Check in process was incredibly easy. The link to verify your stay they send you once you book was very easy to navigate.We were very grateful this property has some rooms with pet accommodations. When we arrived at the property there was a map of the complex to help find your room. The parking lot was not over crowded and had covered parking which is nice in AZ. The grounds were kept nice. Actual grass on the common areas. Rocks were mostly debris free . Some of the trash cans were overflowing……

“We stayed for a couple of days primarily for a place to rest and shower. However, we encountered several issues: the front door had trouble closing properly due to misaligned deadbolt. Additionally, some furniture was broken, and there were noticeable stains on the carpet. We also dealt with a rude neighbor who complained about the noise we made while trying to close the front door. On a positive note, the showers were hot and the beds were comfortable.”

“We have been communicating with VRBO and they have been trying to help. We stayed for 2 days until we got a confirmation from management that we would be receiving the balance of our booking. About 6 to 8 days reimbursement. It has now been 2 weeks and we have not received anything. Place is a big scam. I am surprised thatVRBO still lists this property.”

“Was newly remodeled and was very nice.”

“Nice pool and pool area, but the room was not clean. There was something gross spread on the wall above the TV, furniture was shappy and unclean, baseboards were very dirty, one of the beds fell apart, not enough towels. This condo could be a great place to stay if it was clean and furniture was updated.”

“The property was on the second floor but there wasn't a view out of any window, the unit had a dark claustrophobic feel. The living room seated four with a good view of the small flatscreen and the carpet which was in need of cleaning. The bed was confortable but there were no ceiling fans, no dresser in the master, and the lighting was minimal. The bathroom was discouraging as the towel rack fell off the wall and someone prior to me had experimetnted with some type of purplish die. The kitchen……

“The property was very disappointing. It had the old brown shag, dirty carpeting. The doors on the cupboards were not hanging properly damage to the ceilings. Only two bath towels for a three week stay for two people one hand towel and one washcloth. The shower had no water pressure, no handicap bars to assist an 80-year-old getting in and out of the tub we were afraid to use the kitchen facilities as the place was not very clean. We were there while our own home was having some renovated work……

“We felt that the unit could use a thorough cleaning from top to bottom. It wouldn't take much to make this a desirable unit with a little TLC. Neither tubs had a plug and the furniture was very minimal . We enjoyed the location and the manager was quick to repond to our requests.”

“These properties are dirty and do not have adequate supplies for even a three day stay; we had to purchase our own towels and candles to mitigate the smell. The first unit they rented us had no heat and we had to be moved to a different one. The 2nd one did not have a working television for over two days. We left the property early and checked into a proper rental, not VRBO affiliated. We’ve been promised a credit, doubt it will happen.credi”
