“I purchased this rental for my 50th birthday and unfortunately, the accommodation did not meet my expectations.Upon arrival, it was evident that the space resembled more of an efficiency apartment rather than a one-bedroom condo. The layout consisted of a bed directly in front of a small kitchen area, which was not as described.Additionally, upon removing the sheets, I discovered stains on the mattress, including what appeared to be blood marks. These conditions are unacceptable and do not align……

“These properties are dirty and do not have adequate supplies for even a three day stay; we had to purchase our own towels and candles to mitigate the smell. The first unit they rented us had no heat and we had to be moved to a different one. The 2nd one did not have a working television for over two days. We left the property early and checked into a proper rental, not VRBO affiliated. We’ve been promised a credit, doubt it will happen.credi”

“The weather was cold and the only heat source is the ac/heater in the bedroom wall so we were chilly unless in the bedroom. The real furnace blew cold air constantly- had no thermostat to shut it down and was wired very strangely inside its closet. Husband is aircraft mechanic and took a picture of it. No sitting room other than the futon in the bedroom or the tiny kitchen table. The floor was not clean- socks got very dirty without shoes. Kitchen was very basic and needs some good non-stick……

“So many great things to say about this property! We've stayed in many VRBOs and this one is definitely in our top 3. Everything was wonderful, from the location (close to shops & restaurants, yet so quiet and peaceful) to the cleanliness of the property. It's tastefully decorated. The convenience and proximity to the pool was great. Typically, when you think of being by the pool, you think noisy, but not the case here. “We had a wonderful stay, it was very close to everything. We loved that the unit was on the first floor and so close to the parking space. The condo was clean and stocked with everything you would need if you wanted to prepare a meal. I do agree with a previous comment of the sun coming in the bedroom at the crack of dawn! Great communication with the host! We would definitely stay here again if available! Thank you for a great stay. ”
