One example: the washer malfunctioned so I left a massage with Rod that was immediately returned. The next day, Rod and Erika came to the condo at the time we agreed to personally repair the washer... by replacing it with a new one! Are you kidding!? WOW! ”

“We never had a key to use for walk out gate when we just wanted to take a walk. We had problems with the shower heads in both bathrooms. Management did see someone & they get them fixed in a couple days. There were not many cooking utensils. The kitchen wasn’t as will as we had hoped. The townhouse was very spacious & comfortable.”
