“This house was amazing! The pool was great and we loved the size of the yard and all the common areas. The house was perfect size for us. I appreciated the closet sizes and storage.House has plenty of pool towels which was great for our group size. One small recommendation— more mirrors! The non-primary bedrooms do not have any mirrors which made getting ready in a house full of people a little tricky. Other than that, I would definitely recommend this house and book it again in the future!”

“Absolutely loved our stay at Sandstone Gem! The home was incredibly well-stocked, which made settling in for the week super easy. We especially appreciated the TVs in every bedroom—perfect for winding down after long days. The spacious living room, kitchen, and dining area made it ideal for hosting and hanging out as a group. Huge shoutout to the Property Management team—they were top notch! Communication was clear and proactive from check-in to check-out, and they were on point with cleaning……

“Amazingly relaxing property! Awesome warm pool (basketball goal!) Master with upper deck! Sunrise view, official pool table, foosball, putting green with putters/balls, super clean, quiet, all amenities, 5min walk to beautiful desert hike, 5min to Safeway & unusually good wine & pizza bar, fire pit, large living area with big screen, kids bunk beds & separate TV area!”

“My husband, daughter and I enjoyed this space. We spent much of our time relaxing by the pool during the day. It was just what we wanted to do for our vacation. We did fail to consider the time of year it would have been more enjoyable with a heated pool, but luckily we had some pretty warm days. There were great walking paths close by to get out for daily walks as well which we enjoyed. The location was extremely convenient to many restaurants and shops. ”

“The house is in a nice neighborhood and has great outdoor space. However the listing on VRBO does not match what Vacasa (the property management company) has on record. Specifically when it comes to the pool and hot tub. There really isn’t a hot tub. You will be advised by Vacasa the spa cannot be set to a different temperature than the spa. Over all nice, but showing its age. The ice maker in the fridge doesn’t work. There is a switch by the front door they clicked the entire time we were……

“We had a great stay here in Phoenix! Beds were comfortable, house was clean and well maintained. Pool was great in the evening after the sun warmed the water. We took full advatage of the weather and spent a lot of time in the covered backyard. Watching the bikers and hikers on south mountains in the backyard was a plua too! Great location to so many things and still quiet. Will definitely be staying here when we visit again. ”

“Very clean, no hassle, strategically located in Chandler close to the highway. Lots to do in the area, and the pool and hot tub were amazing. Would book again if traveling to the area.”

“We had 13 guests, plenty of room for all of us. The back yard was awesome our kids spent 5 days, swimming, playing pickle ball, and basketball. ”
