“Overall great place. The only thing we were dissapointed in was the fact that the pool was ice cold… like unbearably cold we got it for the pool and couldn’t use it. That is no fault of the property we just didn’t realize Arizona got that cold at night or that the pool wasn’t swimmable this time of year. It was clean though. We did a polar plunge Twice lol Great communication. Fun for kids. Pool would be a blast in warmer months. ”

“So much fun! The home was clean and well stocked. The kitchen was spacious had everything we needed and more! The pool and hot tub was clean and there are an abundance of towels!Host was very responsive and informative when we had questions.This will be our go to home when visiting the area.”

“Perfect set up for our 5 day trip. 2 couples had plenty of space with 2 private Primary Bedrooms equipped with King Beds, plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, complete kitchen and awesome backyard area with grilling, dining, relaxing and pool. We loved sitting in pool on sun shelf and just enjoying the well landscaped and quiet privacy of the backyard oasis. Easy check in and out with detailed and complete information. I also appreciated the extra communication from Stephanie with tourist……

“Frank was a great host. Communication was quick and clear. His place felt like a real home, both in decor and details to make the stay comfortable. The kitchen was especially well equipped. The layout and sound proofing between spaces let one have a sense of privacy. We stayed for 2 weeks and found the location great for getting to all the things we wanted to see.”

Great garage space upon entry for both of our cars and a spacious home that was impeccably clean and had all the essentials we didn't have. Grocery shopping at near-by store for coffee and our meals. “The backyard was a really fun and relaxing place to hang out! It was super nice to have the ping pong table, the dart board, and the basketball hoop. It helped make time spent at the house just as exciting and eventful as going out! The beds were super comfortable and the grill worked very nice. The house was well kept, everything in it was accessible and easy to figure out, and the neighborhood was peaceful. Overall, would 100% stay again! Didn't have any complaints. ”
