“Our family thoroughly enjoyed this property. It is very high end, elegantly designed and every creature comfort was planned for. The outdoors were incredible, it felt like a celebrity boutique resort. We lounged by the pool, played pickle-ball and puttered. We felt refreshed and peaceful staying here. It was super clean and is just a wonderful spot. The Old Town trail is at the end of this private, exclusive street. Tremendous location!  Five stars all around - fantastic property, lovely hosts.”

“Great location, close to great shopping and restaurants. Only 7 minutes to Scottsdale airport and 22 to PHX. Home is laid out great with large great room / arcade, quiet living room off the kitchen and bedrooms have their own bathroom (mostly) and many beds / sleeping arrangement options. Yard is huge with pool, volleyball, basketball and grass area for dogs to play. We used it all! Home had everything we needed and then some!! Would be great for families with small children as well. ”

“The property suited the specific needs of our large group well and at a price that mathed well compared to hotel rooms. The interior finishes (furniture, doors, cabinets, fixtures) are budget quality and the finish work is rough in some areas where doors may not close properly, trim work not finished super well, and general cleanliness is average. Written communication with the property owner/manager was confusing if not difficult at times. All in all, things worked well for our very specific……

“We booked this VRBO for a guys' golf trip and it was perfect! The location was the best part being so close to Old Town while also being in close proximity to some of the best courses Phoenix has to offer. The house is in a neighborhood, but the backyard made us feel like we were in our own little oasis. We spent the majority of our time listening to music, swimming, and putting on the small putting green. Inside, the house had everything we could have possibly needed. Plenty of bed space, room……

“the house was spacious and gave us lots of room. Our complaint was that we could never connect to the tv. we had numerous family members give it a try.One of the baths had a shower with very little water pressureWe were a group of 15 and there were only 8 pool towels available. There really should be more to accomodate large crowds.Those were our complaints of the property and they are all easily remedied.thank you”
