“The home was perfect, and met our every need! The youth group we brought completely loved it! We stay for 6 days. The only recommendation that I'd offer is for pest services to come out more frequently, perhaps. Saw quite a bit of unwanted visitors, more so in the casita because it's group level. “Grandparents and Aunt flew in from East Coast to meet Grandchildren age 6 and 8 (and their parents.) H2O Sanctuary was our ideal place. Plenty of room inside. Inground pool and separate hot tub outside. Sitting on a lagoon. The grandchildren really enjoyed the pool with their lifeguard Aunt with them. Lots to do locally. Plenty of dining in or out opportunities. The big garage was a plus to keep our cars out of the Arizona sun when not in use. Hosts were very timely responding to our……

“Great location, close to great shopping and restaurants. Only 7 minutes to Scottsdale airport and 22 to PHX. Home is laid out great with large great room / arcade, quiet living room off the kitchen and bedrooms have their own bathroom (mostly) and many beds / sleeping arrangement options. Yard is huge with pool, volleyball, basketball and grass area for dogs to play. We used it all! Home had everything we needed and then some!! Would be great for families with small children as well. ”

This residence did not disappoint, from the accommodations, to the layout, to the amenities. Detail upon detail in this perfectly size 2 bedroom, black and white with gold over toes. Fluffy white quality towels. Neighborhood was so quiet. And those king size beds. Heaven. I was so grateful to find this place. Much better than a hotel stay. Thank you, Ryan for having such.”
