“Melissa was a fabulous host. She checked in with us, made herself available for any questions or recommendations during our stay and respected our privacy. The casita was a beautiful, private oasis!! The property was exactly as described and matched the pictures. The linens were soft, the bed comfortable, kitchen stocked and the casita was nicely decorated. The location is close to hiking trails, restaurants and was very safe. I can’t compliment the outdoor area enough….pool, hot tub, fire pit,……

“Our stay was fantastic! The property was spacious both inside and out, had so many different areas to relax in, with 10 people we never felt crowded, and the outdoor activities were lots of fun! Really enjoyed our stay at La Gruta!”

“Long vacation practicing retirement. Clean little house on 9th green. Enjoyed watching golfers, quail and the Doves. House is within walking distance to clubhouse where the spa, pool, gym and 2 restaurants are Great Happy hour at Bella Vista. Have to try their Prickly Pear Margaritas. Everyone was so friendly Owners were a dream to work with no issues but always answered any questions we had and alerted us to the going’s on in Corte Bella. Highly recommend and hope to stay again ”

“We really enjoyed staying here. It was very nice and clean. Getting in and leaving was very easy and host had great communication. We were hoping to be able to swim at night since the listing says the pool is heated, but the pool did not feel heated. I also misunderstood the listing, I did not realize the hot tub is closed after March. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.”

“This property is comfortable and relatively clean. The pros are the location—right in the heart of Paradise Valley, close to trails, dog parks, and other amenities. The owner is super on top of things and will answer any questions and handle your problems. The cons are that the front lights are dim (hard to see key panel), there was no owner's manual for operating the hot tub, no garage use, it felt like it needed a deeper cleaning, and there was no welcome message or key to walk our dog.
