“I needed to come down to Tempe for an interview on Tuesday. I live in Kingman. Steve at Ryan Villa, was beyond my wildest expectation. Detail upon detail in this perfectly size 2 bedroom, black and white with gold over toes. Fluffy white quality towels. Neighborhood was so quiet. And those king size beds. Heaven. I was so grateful to find this place. Much better than a hotel stay. Thank you, Ryan for having such.”

“This was a very quick 1 night stay for myself, wife, and our adult daughter as we were just in town to see my sick dad. Having said that I do want to pass along how easy it was to check in, how friendly and welcoming the front desk staff were. Then the place itself was great - nice large villa, lots of great pools and amenities. We didn't get any chance to take advantage because of the very short stay but would recommend them!”
