The host was active, easy to reach, informative, and while we didn’t need to communicate any issues, I feel confident they would be responsive if issues arose. Property was very clean and comfortable. Would certainly stay here again if we are back in Phoenix in the future.”

“Be aware of the homeless. We walked to our destinations and every street has homeless people. I wasn’t prepared for that with my teenage daughter. The facility was located in a great spot for downtown. ”

“The property suited the specific needs of our large group well and at a price that mathed well compared to hotel rooms. The interior finishes (furniture, doors, cabinets, fixtures) are budget quality and the finish work is rough in some areas where doors may not close properly, trim work not finished super well, and general cleanliness is average. Written communication with the property owner/manager was confusing if not difficult at times. All in all, things worked well for our very specific……
