It’s a small issue but the interior doors are glass and let in light at night from the exterior lights of the house and the street. May be an issue if you want a totally dark room at night. I”

“We couldn’t have asked for a better stay at this Phoenix/Glendale vacation home! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The home was spotless and beautiful. The outdoor/backyard was an amazing oasis from the waterslide to the shuffleboard to the pickleball to the putt putt and sand volleyball court--WOW! Watching the sunset over the desert sky each evening was a dream. Everyone in our group ages 10-79 found it an absolute dream. The location was perfect — quiet……

“I needed to come down to Tempe for an interview on Tuesday. I live in Kingman. Steve at Ryan Villa, was beyond my wildest expectation. Detail upon detail in this perfectly size 2 bedroom, black and white with gold over toes. Fluffy white quality towels. Neighborhood was so quiet. And those king size beds. Heaven. I was so grateful to find this place. Much better than a hotel stay. Thank you, Ryan for having such.”

“We were looking for something special for our annual family staycation, by chance we came across this hidden gem. I was leary because the pictures seemed to good to be true. This residence did not disappoint, from the accommodations, to the layout, to the amenities. I was throughly impressed, there was something for everyone in our group, game room pool , and large areas for the family to gather and catch up, after fun filled days and evenings. I will definitely be back for next years trip or……

“The house was perfect! The dining room was able to accommodate us to all seat down and eat! The kitchen was great for setting up a buffet line. The children and adults enjoyed the pool. We all enjoyed the ping pong, pool, and shuffleboard. It worked very well for our family gathering. Our first host cancelled on us and we were very lucky to have found a place that would hold our family on short notice! Thank You! ”
