“From check in to checkout, Charles was a great host! The room was perfect for our needs. Besides the amazing location we needed, it had all the amenities - full kitchen for cooking, laundry machines, and an amazing bathroom space (and more). The patio was shady and relaxing. “This owner thought of everything. One of the nicest VRBO's we've stayed in as a family. Conveniently located to everything in the Phoenix area. 15-20 min to Sky Harbour car rental/airport. Kids had fun on the artificial turf. Feels like a secure area. Close to stores, restaurants. If we travel again to this area, we will stay here again.”

“Overall good stay and decent place but communication with the property owner for check-in was awful. I messaged them several times prior to my arrival even a week before and no response. Finally, after calling several times, I received a call back 45 minutes after check-in time, with check-in instructions. It is really not that hard to send one message to guest with instructions but required me calling them several times to receive response.”
