“Everything about this stay was great. It was clean and in a nice quiet neighborhood. The hosts responded quickly when I had questions and were very helpful. I would definitely recommend this location. If I'm visiting AZ again I'll definitely be renting here. Having the goats, pickle ball, and fresh fruit trees was a bonus! ”

“If you are seeking a quiet, lovely spot to stay in Scottsdale- look no further. Guest house property was immaculate, off street parking in an upscale neighborhood, lovely pool to cool off in after a long day, and friendly on-site owners in main house who provided great dining suggestions and friendly conversation. “Great location for all things Chandler, AZ. Road into subdivision recently repaved. Downtown area easily accessible. Enjoy being on Freeway in 3 turns and sleep like a dream on the cozy bed. Shower size, tempurature, and pressure was relaxing and worth the stay.”

“We had a great stay”

“Lovely guesthouse in quiet residential community convenient to many golf courses and hiking trails. Property amenities including private on-site pickleball court and pool were top-notch. Meticulously maintained guesthouse was comfortable and cozy! Would definitely recommend this property for a couple stay or 2 single travelers! ”

“Needed a convenient place to stay close to a family member's home for a few days. This was excellent location and the casita was really nice and clean. We had a couple of issues no fault of the owner but his responses were immediate. ”

“Searching for a safe place in Phoenix is difficult when you aren’t familiar with the area. This home is in a cute safe neighborhood with a comfortable bed! Everything we needed for this trip. There are some shops within 10-15 min walk but a car is needed in this area. ”
