“We actually live in the Greater Phoenix area and I found this hotel for a "staycation." Upon entering the property we found the staff inviting and helpful and the amenities and room beautiful and clean!! There are 2 huge pools and we were excited about swimming with the grandkids for 4-5 days! Plus, it is almost right across the street from Scottsdale Fashion Square which is a great midday diversion for everyone. Also, the complimentary breakfast and evening reception were exceptional!……

“After the 3rd day our keys didn’t work. We went to the front desk and they said they didn’t have us in the system. They got it straightened out. The property is now owned by Hilton Vacation Club.
