“Deciding where to stay for our second two month visit was easy! Based on our great experience last year, we knew this is where we wanted to return to. The condo is clean, comfortable, well maintained and the owner is very responsive to any questions/concerns we had. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing,carefree getaway.!”

“Stayed for a month in this spacious one bedroom condo, can't say enough about the amazing amenities and cleanliness of the facilities. Best gym we have ever seen in a rental, pool was spotless and not busy and the restaurants across the road were all amazing. Highly recommend.”

“Five Stars to the Condo. Everything is as the vrbo description states. Could not ask for more. SIX stars to hosts Rod and Erika. One example: the washer malfunctioned so I left a massage with Rod that was immediately returned. The next day, Rod and Erika came to the condo at the time we agreed to personally repair the washer... by replacing it with a new one! Are you kidding!? WOW! ”

“Loved this property and location. Just far enough away but close enough to great attractions. Great park nearby with 2 pickleball courts. The complex is well maintained. Quite lovely. The apartment was great. A lot of thought went into it. The owners were wonderful to deal with. We hope to be back!”

“We had a fantastic stay at this lovely, spacious condo. The pool and community spaces were beautiful and well-maintained, making it easy to relax and unwind. The location was perfect, with great restaurants just a short walk away. Highly recommend for a comfortable and enjoyable getaway!”

“We never had a key to use for walk out gate when we just wanted to take a walk. We had problems with the shower heads in both bathrooms. Management did see someone & they get them fixed in a couple days. There were not many cooking utensils. The kitchen wasn’t as will as we had hoped. The townhouse was very spacious & comfortable.”

“Clean and well equipped, with a lovely lake view. We stayed for a long weekend while visiting a family member in the area. Everything we could need was on site. The only thing we didn’t find were instructions for checkout, so hopefully we did what was needed. The attached one car garage was a nice feature in the heat of an Arizona summer. Thanks to the property owner for a nice stay.”

“Josh was a wonderful host, he met us at the property and showed us around. He had left thoughtful little extras for us (water, toiletry items, etc.) that were very much appreciated. The kitchen was well appointed with everything you need (dishes, pots, pans, utensils etc.). Ample supply of linens & towels. The facilities (pool, hot tub, gym, firepits, BBQ) are comparable to a top resort. We thoroughly enjoyed our 7 week stay.”
