“I rented this unit for my elderly Mother while she was visiting me. It was perfect for her. She wanted a pool and hot tub and this unit was perfect for that. The unit is ground floor and just steps away from the pool. The pool and grounds are clean, pretty, and well taken care of. The unit had everything we needed. “Our week-long stay was very enjoyable. The location was excellent with plenty of activities and businesses nearby. The hot tub was used frequently - too cold for the pool. The only negative was a noisy downstairs neighbor who played loud music each night around bedtime. Highly recommend!”

“Stayed one night and left. Unit has three levels, no bathroom on main level, stairs are difficult for seniors. Step between dining and living room is difficult to see, tripped and fell 3 times. Advertised as having parking in the garage, but garage was locked and no key or garage door opener provided. Outside trash can was full to overflowing, bad smell and many flying insects - no instructions as to pick-up day. Fortunately saw other residences with trash out and took the can out to the……

“We found this property to be very comfortable for the two of us for a 5 night stay. Condo was clean and bed was very comfortable. Kitchen has all the basics. If you want condiments or shampoo you are best to bring your own. (The hosts provided 1 oz of shampoo for two adults for 5 days) The neighborhood is peaceful, feels very safe and traffic was minimal during our stay. We would certainly stay here again if we come back to Casa Grande. ”

“This propeerry was a scam. Two days prior our rental move-in date we received the address But never the phone # or other details from the Host. Corporate VRBO tried for multiple hours to contact them Needless to say we had no accomodationsnfrom VRBO for the entitre month that we booked the condo!”

“PRO’s: Spacious, well equipped, and close to shopping, groceries, restaurants. No adjacent shared wall units. Property management was very prompt and accommodating to requests. Nice nearby Park other side of parking area. CON: Bedrooms have blinds only, no curtains to lessen sunlight/side-street noise. ”
