“The condo is in an excellent location with quick travel times to both downtown Tempe and Phoenix. The area was quiet and the property was easy to access. The communication from the host was clear and they were quick with their replies. ”

“We spent 7 weeks at this condo. PRO: comfy beds,linens,cookware better than most rentals, view cannot be beat, and quiet. Christopher host quick to respond. CONS. Needs major updating carpet worn and loose causing trip hazard. Appliances old but functional. ”

“Impressed with how well number of kitchen appliances, pots, pans and mixing/serving bowls there were. Nice to find in a rental property. Enjoyed the neighborhood and walking with our small dog to all the parks in the area. Nice to have the lake views and the birds etc. that visit there. Close to grocery stores, and restaurants. There are 23 steps, to the condo, so keep that in mind when renting. Could be difficult for older renters. The home was comfortable. Enjoyed our 6 weeks there. ”

“The condo was functional and clean, with updated kitchen, low and comfortable beds/bedding. The beds were so well made that they never came undone. The kitchen appliances worked well and basic dishware, and utensils were provided. We had the most trouble with water utilities in the kitchen and bathrooms - poor flow and tight faucet handles. The tub was very high to step in and out of and very slippery. We needed a bathtub mat. We also had very limited TV access, nothing but YouTube most of……

“We found this property to be very comfortable for the two of us for a 5 night stay. Condo was clean and bed was very comfortable. Kitchen has all the basics. If you want condiments or shampoo you are best to bring your own. (The hosts provided 1 oz of shampoo for two adults for 5 days) The neighborhood is peaceful, feels very safe and traffic was minimal during our stay. We would certainly stay here again if we come back to Casa Grande. ”
