“I stayed her previously and booked again. This room was on a different floor, had live cockroaches coming from the sink, bathtub and under the couch. I contacted the property manager and they were able to reassign me to another room on another floor that was clean without any sign of bugs. ”

“We got there on a Wednesday evening from our long road trip to be here for a youth basketball tournament. We had only seen pictures of the property but we were all excited to see that it was everything we saw and more. It was just like the pictures and seeing all the extra amenities made everything so much better. “Loved that the pool was so refreshing. We went swimming at all times of day and early evening. Besides visiting family in nearby Scottsdale, we were able to go to the Odysea Aquarium, Legoland and Arizona Science Center.We also found the highly recommended Taqueria Obson in Guadalupe only 2 miles from the Art House.”

“Great place! Neighbor was super quiet, super nice! Kids loved the pool, and husband and i loved the late night cookie delivery that was available! Close to all the necessary stores, easy to find, quiet neighborhood. House was super clean, and housed us perfectly and comfortably! Host was super responsive and really helpful when our patio door wouldn't lock upon arrival, someone was out fixing it within the hour! ”
