“This was a great home to bring our family together for Mother's Day weekend. The location is central for many of the usual UP adventures. The kitchen is large enough for multiple people to prep meals and the dining area is adjacent to allow everyone to chat during meal prep. The kids loved the play kitchen and air hockey table. The yard was large and had a fire pit to roast marshmallows and keep the chill from spring's blustery winds at bay in the evening. ”

“The house was definitely better than we expected! It was perfect for our up north stay. It was a little hard finding as we got in super late and it was dark/raining but once we got there everything went smoothly! We would absolutely stay here again! ”

“I was skeptical about stay here, but this was honestly the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in. The woman at the front desk was kind and friendly. The room was immaculate. We use the local airport about once a year and needed to stay close by for the early flight. We would definitely stay here again if we need to be nearby. There was a firepit burning outside when we arrived. It is cute! The hotel has a very patriotic theme.”

“This is a small old, nice, inexpensive house in a small town. Only 20 miles from Marquett. 1 block from snowmobile trail. Clean, cozy, decent kitchen. The bathroom and beds a little small, but were fine. Way better than a hotel and small family oriented.”

“Stayed for two nights in late June. Loved the river located directly on the property. Close to the city of Marquette, so it was in an ideal location for a nice day trip and for exploring Lake Superior. ”

“This is a Hunter's cabin. Nothing real fancy. Bathroom is not in the same cottage, it's in another cottage across the driveway. The host is very nice. This cottage is in a very peaceful location. ”

“Trip up here for a wedding. Enjoyed the layed back atmosphere of cottage. Spent a lot of time on deck talking while taking in the view. Loved all the variety of peony plants in bloom. Great thunderstorm rolled through and following morning roses were full of bumblebees busy collecting pollen and nectar. Will be back. ”
