“Great location and would stay here again”

“This was my third visit to Marquette and in this house. That should be enough of a review but Ill say a bit more.Amy is friendly, the place is comfy and clean, and she is generous with her knowledge and love of the UP to make our visit special.We love our walks to the harbor, the quaint houses in the area, the abundance of good beer and cute cottage gardens.And as you can see by the photo, Jasper has a special welcome to I hope to returnag.Old Marquette is a special place. ”

“Apt 2 was clean, convenient, and very comfortable. Wendy was an excellent host for our visit to Marquette. We appreciated the coffee, snacks, air conditioning, very comfortable bed and a lovely bathroom. The location was close to many of our favorite venues; we could walk almost everywhere. Thank you. “The apartment was big, clean and had everything you may need. The fabs were a nice touch. Also the snack bar right across the main road has the best biscuits and gravy! Ran into the owner and he was very friendly and accommodating. We will definitely beback!”

“Perfect for what we were looking for. A great amount of space for a longer stay. Food, laundry and other necessities very close and Marquette is an easy 20 minute drive away. The apartment was very clean and the front porch access very nice. ”

“Plenty of space for older kids and adults to have their own rooms and hang out areas. Clean and well stocked kitchen. Huge bathrooms. Location was close to hiking and activities. Campfire Coffee was amazing!!!! There is a pretty steep flight of stairs to get to the apartment - keep in mind when carrying in all of your stuff, or if you have members of your party with mobility issues.”

“We were bird hunting in the UP with my dog. Hosts were very nice, friendly and really wanted to make sure we were comfortable. On first impression it's a bit more civilized than our typical hunting camp. Overall, very nice, comfortable beds and furniture, we slept well after a hard day in the woods. We didn't spend any real daylight time there checking out the lake or anything. Overall, great stay. There's always a few quirks but for us it was great! Thanks”
