“The view was great, we should've brought our own pillows. The T.V we had a hard time with understanding the operation, we were not aware about the kitchen on the main floor, the air conditioner did not come on so we ended up with not sleeping comfortably. ”

“This is one of the best stays I have ever had at a resort. Excellent customer service. The rooms were not only clean but stunning and very comfortable and the spa was delightful. The only critique I do have is that the pillows were super soft & without any substance and as someone who has a bad back it was difficult to sleep. I would recommend them investing in better pillows or at least giving the guests options to have firm or soft pillows going forward.”
