“The area was great and convenient for where I needed to be. The checkin process was awkward and involved a surprise (for me) request for damage deposit electronically. In the end, checkin worked after a few missteps but could have been explained better and the person on the other hand could have been more responsive so that confusion was eliminated. The room was in a shared apartment. I never saw the other people but was surprised by this too. And, the room was quite noisy as it overlooks the……
