“The staff and rooms are great”

“It was a good stay, but the Hotel was full of young hockey players, so I had breakfast elsewhere, and the halls were crazy...but I was a kid once, too, and that was ok.”

“This is a great hotel in a conviennent location. My stay was good - nothing to do with the hotel really but it was packed with hockey tournament families who took over all common areas. Unsupervised kids running around the halls and stairwells fairly late at night, slamming doors and yelling. The pool area was a mess in the morning with no clean towels. I would stay here again but probably avoid during hockey season.”

“My family and I stayed in this hotel and experienced very unprofessional service and dishonesty from the night shift staff Jovane in this end of Nov. We went back to the hotel at around 12:30 AM. We could not open our door after inserting the key card for a few times, so we went to the lobby and asked Jovane to check whether there was a problem with our key card. He checked our card and said there wasn’t any problem and asked us to try again. We then went up to our room again and tried again……

“一開始訂房時在考慮兩間酒店，後來決定選擇了免費停車的這一家。這是它的第一個優點。 辦理Check- in時前台服務很熱情，客房很舒適、整潔。雖然因為疫情原因無法在餐廳吃早餐，但客房也有足夠的椅子可以讓我們在房間內用早餐。附近很多家餐廳，評分也都很高，解決三餐很容易。有機會還會再過去。”
