“I stayed at the Charlotte for three weeks while in the area for work and it was the perfect crash pad. The apartment was clean and beautifully decorated, the kitchen well equipped, the furniture comfortable, and the shower massive! The location was extremely convenient, with everything you could need walkable within a few blocks (lots of cute shops, delicious restaurants, bakeries, the art gallery, the museum, etc.). The host was very responsive and was able to work with me to move to another……

“Large suite - served our needs as far as having 2 bedrooms. Certain basic amenities were a bit lacking, i.e. water glasses, a fry pan or pot. As well a coffee machine would have been nice. Fitted sheets were available although it was necessary for us to make the beds. These small touches (which are not really extras in most places) would make the stay more enjoyable.”

“Check in was very easy and seamless. Clear instructions were provided.The space itself was nice and cozy. The property was clean. There are 2 units above this one (this unit is on the ground floor) and you do hear the other tenants a bit, but nothing major.Olu was responsive and helpful!Good area and are able to walk downtown in about 20 minutes or a 5 minute drive.”

“I feel bad to leave a poor review because the couple running this Vrbo seem nice, just not very good at running a Vrbo. My friends and I won't be staying here again. It started when the host couldn't seem to correctly read my reservation details off the Vrbo website and asked me to pay more money in cash. That got cleared up as a misunderstanding on his part, but was a weird start. When we arrived he was there to let us in and commented he already turned other people away - I'm not sure what……
