“My family and I stayed in this hotel and experienced very unprofessional service and dishonesty from the night shift staff Jovane in this end of Nov. We went back to the hotel at around 12:30 AM. We could not open our door after inserting the key card for a few times, so we went to the lobby and asked Jovane to check whether there was a problem with our key card. Everything was clean, rooms are a bit dated but that’s sometimes enjoyable and comes with personality verses everything upgrading to looking like a dentist office.
