“The staff were excellent. Went out of their way to accommodate special requests.”

“The place is good, surrounded by several retirement houses, and located next to Western University. However, it takes a 5 minute walk uphill form the nearest bus station, and it is a bit difficult to locate. The facility is fine except the heating is not functioning, it was too dry and too hot, in which I have to leave the window open throughout the night for making myself a little more comfortable. ”

“Everything was great! Friendly staff, nice atmosphere.”

“One thing that could be improved is the shower in the washroom Room 327. There is no soap holder to put the soap bar (no ledge either). There is also nothing to hold on to while showering. To keep your balance while cleaning feet, a holding bar should be available. Oh and better Keurig use instruction would be great! Otherwise great stay and amazing breakfast!”

“Ivey hotel is very comfy! The hotel itself looks classics, a bit vintage but cozy! It’s clean, cozy, friendly, close to anywhere, good coffee😍👍! Staffs are professional and friendly and very helpful👍. ”
