“The facilities were in excellent condition as they are only a few years old. In general, it was fairly quiet, however my room was close to the elevator and ice machine, so there was extra noise due to the increased traffic (I'd ask for a room further down the hall in the future). The hotel was conveniently located for my job in Strathroy and was easy to get to. There are fast food options and a gas station with convenience store surrounding the hotel, but better restaurants are a 5-10 minute……

“My family and I stayed in this hotel and experienced very unprofessional service and dishonesty from the night shift staff Jovane in this end of Nov. We went back to the hotel at around 12:30 AM. We could not open our door after inserting the key card for a few times, so we went to the lobby and asked Jovane to check whether there was a problem with our key card. He checked our card and said there wasn’t any problem and asked us to try again. We then went up to our room again and tried again……
