“The area was great and convenient for where I needed to be. The checkin process was awkward and involved a surprise (for me) request for damage deposit electronically. In the end, checkin worked after a few missteps but could have been explained better and the person on the other hand could have been more responsive so that confusion was eliminated. “My daughter and I stayed here to attend a concert. We were so delighted with the accommodations. Everything was wonderful including the property and the location. Check in and out was easy, communication was great, and the view was unbelievable. Everything we needed was in the immediate area and shopping was an easily accessible by Uber. “Amazing view and amenities! Would have liked it a little cleaner as in attention to detail (found some hairs that did not belong to us in the bathroom and in the bed) as well as some miner fixes that were like that when we got there the dresser and the strip on the floor for the sliding doors as well as door knob a little lose made me concerned for my son and mines safety but, did stay locked all night. The pool was amazingly warm but the hot tub was not up and running. Could use Sauna in……
