“Villa 10 was the best being right on the end. Felt very private and isolated. Great View down the mountain to the water. ”

“Excellent views of the lake, excellent location. Has free shuttle to nearby places, though did not use it. Worth a stay.”

“Rooms were clean, the couch was super old and used. We couldn’t really use it to relax. Also the bathrooms need fans. The lighting near the mirrors was quite dim. Beds were comfortable and the full size fridge was so great”

“Beautiful place!! I loved how it was decorated, the colors in the bathroom. Beautiful view of the lake. The outdoor sauna was super cool!! The beds were very comfy. The jacuzzi tub and fireplace were so relaxing. The only thing I wish there was, was darkening curtains. There is a lot of natural lightening in these rooms which is great! But it was a bit blinding in the morning”

“My daughter had dance competition and needs to have quiet sleep and it was a very restful sleep. And, the breakfast was excellent!”

“If you're looking for a unique and interesting place to stay in Duluth this is a great fit! The staff went above and beyond to make us comfortable and it is located in a beautiful and historic area. ”

“It was ok. I don't think it really is what I think of as a "boutique hotel". This was a former B&B, so it's basically a nice B&B without breakfast. I will say it was nice having coffee downstairs in the morning, but either have some good pastries or don't put out at all. The very dry mini-muffins and little scones were not great. Luckily we got a good deal, and some of their other properties look worth checking out. Service was great though- they were very responsive to my texts. I think……
